The exhibition explores the concept of texture through examinations of landscape – mapping, pattern, domestic architecture, nature and the human form.

Bringing together a diverse mix of artists who each explore the aesthetics of texture within their work in a unique way, this exhibition merges the work of 18 artists to create an immersive installation. The theme of textural resonance is explored through different genres and artistic mediums including drawing, printmaking, collage, abstraction, text based work, puppetry,  film, installation, figurative expressionism and still life.

Themes include the climate crisis, the nature of and contextural concepts surrounding the notion of home, the human figure, mapping the landscape and the visceral and textural qualities of stillness and physical movement.
