Frog Morris hosted over 100 shows in the Montague Arms during an epic 5 years run that ended with the closure of the pub in 2012. The nights earned a cult following for showcasing idiosyncratic and experimental acts from across a broad range of disciplines, including music, stand-up comedy, spoken word, burlesque and live art. Now re-opened under new management, Frog Morris will return to the Montague Arms.
The theme for this special reunion show will be sequels. Favourite regular performers will be invited back to revisit the successes of the past. Acts already confirmed include Daren Callow, Charlie Savigar, Joanna McCormick, Richard Tyrone Jones, Jude Cowan Montague, Tom Baker, Frank E and Jane-E (from Lonesome Cowboys from Hell) and Paul Wady. In fact, as you read this a tiny boat is headed up the treacherous Medway River in search of the remote camp claimed to be the last reported location of comedian Mark Dean Quinn...
